Abstract

Transformasi pembelajaran digital menuntut pendekatan yang tidak hanya berbasis teknologi, tetapi juga nilai-nilai kemanusiaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi penerapan kindness strategy dalam pembelajaran matematika digital di SMA untuk memperkuat kompetensi abad 21. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi kelas digital, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kindness hadir dalam enam aspek utama: empati, fleksibilitas, kolaborasi sosial, nilai etika, humanisasi teknologi, dan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Setiap aspek tersebut menciptakan ruang belajar yang aman, adaptif, dan mendorong keterlibatan aktif siswa. Temuan mengindikasikan bahwa kindness strategy memperkuat hubungan emosional guru-siswa, meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, serta menumbuhkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan empati sosial. Integrasi strategi ini dalam proses digitalisasi tidak hanya memperkaya pengalaman belajar matematika, tetapi juga membentuk karakter dan kompetensi yang relevan dengan tantangan abad 21. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kindness bukan sekadar pendekatan etis, melainkan strategi pedagogis yang efektif dan kontekstual di era pendidikan digital.
